Steel Composite Panel (sq.ft)

Steel Composite Panel

OVERVIEW

The Steel Composite Panel consists of two .25mm steel sheets adhered to a polyethylene core. Its distinguishing features include digital receptivity for flatbed printing and magnetic properties. This panel is well-suited for indoor and certain outdoor uses where a magnetic-receptive surface is necessary.

The Steel Composite Panel is produced through a continuous extrusion process using thermoplastic material, without the use of glues or adhesives between different materials. The core is meticulously crafted to ensure it is void-free and devoid of any air spaces, with absolutely no inclusion of foamed insulation materials. The connection between the core and the outer layers is established through a chemical bonding process.
